Delete your Actionairy account and data

Request deletion by email

1. Use the email address associated with your Actionairy account.
2. Ask us to delete your Actionairy account and data.
3. Complete any identity-verification step we send so another person cannot delete your account.

Email your deletion request

If the button does not open your email app, write to ops@lightreach.io with the subject “Actionairy account deletion request.”

Delete from the app

You can also sign in, open Account settings, choose Delete account and data, and confirm the request. The app shows a deletion receipt while cleanup completes.

Delete specific Actionairy data without deleting your account

You can remove individual content while keeping your Actionairy account:

• Meeting or recording: Sign in, open People, choose the meeting under Past, and use the delete recording control. This permanently removes that recording, its transcript, tasks, signals, coaching, source media, and source-dependent memory.
• Memory record: Sign in, open Memory, select the record, and choose Forget record. To remove a meeting source and the memory derived from it together, select that source and choose Forget source.

If you cannot reach a deletion control, email ops@lightreach.io from your account email and identify the meeting, recording, or memory you want removed.

What the request deletes

Deletion removes your account identity and associated meetings, recordings, transcripts, memory, vectors, signals, connected-integration credentials, and provider-hosted media under Actionairy's control.

Limited retention

A content-minimized, capability-protected deletion receipt may be retained for up to 30 days after completion. Some records may be retained longer only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes. Those records are isolated from ordinary product use and removed when the applicable obligation or backup-retention period ends.
